At Pure Pearls, we are confident about our product. We have ensured that we get only the best. Whether it is our service or product, we assure you that what you see is what you get.
However, we would like to inform you that;
a) if we have only one (1) piece of the product, we will be sending you exactly the same item. This is because all our products are self-designed and exclusive.
b) In some cases (such as plain pearl sets, earrings or other accessories) the quantity may be mentioned as more than one (1), in those cases, you will get a similar product without compromising on the quality as mentioned in the description.
Having said that, we do accept returns provided, you email us within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the package as shown on the shipping partner’s website. You can let us know the problem or concern and we will take it from there.

Prepaid Orders
1) If the product was delivered to you by BlueDart, we will arrange for a pick up from your place. You just need to pack the product properly and keep it.
2) If you receive the product through SpeedPost, you will have to send us the product(s).
On receipt of the product in good condition, we will refund 100% of your money* to your card/bank account, from where you paid if you are in India.
*Please note that a shipping cost of INR 200 and payment processing charges of 2.5% of total order value for prepaid orders will be deducted before we reimburse you unless the product is defective.
Important update to our return policy – 11 September 2022
Returns are not accepted for products that are less than or equal to INR 1,000 (irrespective of the order value).

Sorry, but we would not be offering returns or refunds on products shipped outside of India.
