Orders & Shipping

Domestic orders (India) are delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders typically take 10–15 business days depending on the destination.

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. International orders have a flat shipping fee of ₹3,500.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner's website.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Please email support@purepearls.in to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes! Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help you with an exchange, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference; if less, we'll refund the balance.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Products & Pearls

Yes, all our jewellery features genuine pearls — freshwater cultured pearls, South Sea pearls, and other natural varieties. We do not sell imitation or plastic pearls.

Pearls are delicate gems. Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after wearing. Store separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching.

Yes, select premium pieces come with a certificate of authenticity. For specific products, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide certification details.

Absolutely! We offer customisation for special occasions. Contact us with your requirements and our artisans will create a bespoke piece for you.

Payment & Security

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted.

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details or UPI credentials on our servers.

Currently, we only accept online payments via Razorpay. This helps us keep our prices competitive and ensures faster order processing.
