Refund Policy

At Pure Pearls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds subject to the following terms.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product does not match the description on our website
- You received the wrong item
- You wish to return an unused product within 7 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Products that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use
- Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process
- Contact us at support@purepearls.in or call +91 988 409 1767 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2–3 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank credit: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. If payment was made via UPI or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account. For card payments, the refund will appear on your card statement.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
