We take great care in packaging your pearl jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Cost: Complimentary — free shipping on all orders across India
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • Courier partners: We work with a curated panel of India’s most reliable logistics partners. The specific partner for your order is selected per pincode based on availability, speed, and route safety.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once your order is shipped

International Shipping

  • Cost: ₹3,500 flat rate for all international orders
  • Delivery time: 10–15 business days (depending on the destination country)
  • Available countries: We ship worldwide. Some remote locations may take longer.
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it is shipped
  • During festive seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery date and courier partner shown on our product pages are updated in real time based on serviceability data for your pincode. While we aim to dispatch via the partner shown at the time of checking, the actual courier used at dispatch may change based on real-time availability, capacity, or routing decisions on the day of shipment. Estimated dates are our best guidance and we make every effort to honour them; the carrier handling your package may differ from the one shown at checkout.

Packaging

Every piece of jewellery is carefully placed in our signature Pure Pearls box, wrapped in protective packaging to ensure safe transit. Gift wrapping is available on request.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged before delivery, you are covered for a full refund or a replacement. To raise a claim, email us at support@purepearls.in with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and our team will initiate the insurance claim on your behalf.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
