A butterfly whose four wings are cut from genuine mother of pearl, each one bezel-set in its own gold-toned frame so the nacre reads clean and uninterrupted rather than outlined in stones. A marquise-cut American diamond (CZ) forms the body. The band does not close: it opens instead, and a round white freshwater pearl sits at the far end, so the butterfly looks as though it is settling towards it.
The butterfly sits off-centre, which is what gives the ring its movement. The band is adjustable, fitting comfortably across a range of sizes. Set in anti-allergic Korean metal with a warm gold finish.
